Our privacy policy is simple. Applied Virtual Technology, LLC (AVT) does not collect, share, sell or store any personal data associated visits our website.

If a visitor chooses to enter and submit personal data on the Contact page of our website (thus becoming a User of our website), then AVT will collect and store the User’s personal data as entered only for the purpose of responding to the User’s effort to contact us. AVT not share or sell the User’s personal data. Although, in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful governmental request AVT may share the User’s personal data if so required.

Our goal is to cultivate long term relationships with our Users, and so they should expect us to keep all personal data they provide to us indefinitely. Email correspondence between AVT and the User may be deleted after two (2) years.

If at any time the User wishes for AVT to delete the data the User entered on the Contact page of our website, the User must make this request to AVT in writing either by email, or through the Contact page on our website. Once AVT receives the User’s written request, we will purge the User’s personal data from our records to the extent legally permissible.
